Question OB's left hand thread

Old Bloke was teasing me about not revealing what the left handed part is that his bow needs in order to shoot straight. Did get me thinking though - how many parts on a bow are genuinely left/right handed?

(I don't mean things like sights that can be used wrong "handed" if you accept that the numbers on the scale are upside down, I mean really mirror imaged)
  • Arrow rest
  • Grip
  • Riser
  • Tab
  • Fletching jig (maybe?)
  • Rose (No, I don't know either!)
Feel free to add stuff...

It's not a grip. I've already asked him and he's confirmed that it's not correct. The person to bribe is Kae because he's seen OB's lefthanded business!!

OB said that Kae was in on it - but wasn't there a thread (maybe journal?) that explained or discussed the problem?

Didn't Hendrix also have his strings upside down.......That would be a new one to try.

Here are excerpts from OB's journal re: the left hand thing

Sure enough, I could make the arrow drop to order so I now know what to look out for and is an easy fix but one which is so subtle probably no-one without many years experience would find it and better still, sort it.

Good on him! It will probably take a few dozen arrows to get slotted in with it, but last night's first attempt with it worked very well.

Hehe, this is turning into another "what is it for?" thread - this months forum teaser.

Interesting that nobody's added to my list of genuinely "handed" bits for archery.
