According to the 2005 price list they range from £400 to £546 depending on the model of bow and the type of limbs etc.

Short update - limbs in odd lengths are available now. Contact Border directly for information.

P.S. Sorry if this contravenes any advertising rules. If it does, I'll delete it.

The only problem with Border I have is the price. As they are a relatively small company, their prices do have to be quite high to cover costs, and for someone on a limited budget, you would definitely be better off buying something cheaper, and then spending the extra money on upgrading other kit, or paying for competitions and other expenses.

However, if you have the money to spend, then they are very good quality limbs. Of course if you have any left over, feel free to make a donation to my arrow fund...

There's no reason why you have to buy top of the range every time. They do a wood core limb for under £250 that shoots a hell of a lot better than I can.

It depends what you are looking for. I'd been advised it was time to buy some foam limbs, and the first I looked at were Borders, and they were just too far out of my price range. I lost a couple of auctions for second hand ones on Ebay, but then saw I could get some Sebastian Flute foam limbs for under £170. It's not a lot more than second hand limbs go for, and worth it to have new ones (I felt).

Well, in which case I leave you with the thought that both individual Olympic gold medals in 2004 were won with Samick Masters limbs, which have wood in them.

I'm sure the Flute limbs are good value, but I'd prefer to pay a bit more to have a quality hand-made limb.
