Better still get the club to buy one as a long term investment, aluminium arrows can be straightened to a certain extent, that should do until you decide to go the carbon route.

Don't see the point in getting a straightner for one arrow....

You can get a ready made up xx75 for under £5....bare shaft for under £3

Thanks for the words of wisdom, the arrow does have a stress mark so i wont be able to straighten it.

The field the arrow landed in my neighbours field with our sheep in, they fenced off a good 100+ yards from where i was so wasnt an issue and i moved into my parents field later that day anyway away from the livestock

Now any ideas on plants?

Cheers

Cheers all

After many hours of attempting to straighten a bent aluminum arrow I have come up with a seven step 100% effective process!

1. Spin arrow to make sure it is bent.

2. Firmly grasp the arrow at the fletch end and the point end.

3. Swing arms down so that center section of arrow firmly contacts the knee.

4. If arrow does not break into two pieces repeat 3 step.

5. Remove point, insert and nock as appropriate.

6. Throw the two halves into the aluminum recycle container.

7. Pause for a moment of silence.
