I think a few around here are, but until any of them turn up I'll just say that I'm using the smaller version of the same construction and it's excellent for what it is

We have one and IMHO it is the best value boss you can get for the money. While Merlin do not recommend its use in competitions with compounds, we have had no issues shooting at it from as close as 10yds with Axis FMJ's.

Placed order monday. Came lunch time today. Seems really good. Me and junior have been giving it a blast. He's 7, I recon he'll be good if he sticks at it. The bugger won't shoot with a sight, the beginers course should have forced him!!

Don't force him to use one if he don't want to. He can always shoot barebow which is recognised in Comp's.

Aber Archers are the same.. they have longbows and barebows coming out of the woodwork and like 1 Recurve archer

Mine was a personal choice and took time out to be taught how to use a sight. I think that the state of our equipment, our ability to teach recurve and the prevailing feeling of Eugh! recurve heresy/cheating of a few years ago.

More people are shooting recurve now and I think this will increase.
