I think the different market reflects why CX have platinum dealers, these are a bit like car showrooms in the UK. You can't buy a Ford at a Toyota dealer but you can buy both at a car supermarket.

The product itself is not restricted to Platinum only dealers but CX have only chosen to list these on their website.

Most of the arrows CX sells are hunting arrows, used for hunting and sold in specialist hunting shops. It is advantageous for some of these dealers only to sell CX products and so become Platinum dealers. The US market for CX is huge, where a single state can have more archers than all the archers in Europe added together.

i shot 430 ace's
now shoot 500 nono-pros with 45lbs on my fingers and 30.75" draw length and the 500 nano-pros tune perfectly with 110 grain points up front
