measuring brace height

i am stil beginner and i want to know how to measure the brace height for recurve 66" . and does the brace height effect the bow perfomance??

The bracing height is measured from the pressure point of the handle to the string or as the button hole is normally vertically above the pressure point most folk’s measure to that.

The bracing height does affect the bows performance as the variation in the brace height changes the power stroke and also when the arrow is released from the string.

The recommended bracing height for your Winact should be included in your owners manual, and yes if the bracing height is incorrect it will influence your bows performance.

I shoot a Winact with Angel Magesty strings, This has a lower brace height than fastflight and some other bow strings.
