Broken limb

I have a W&W Trigger :36lbs@28", 68" long. Or at least I did until last night. I was shooting surprisingly well in the persisting rain, when the bow went "Doi-oi-oi-oi-oi-oink", and shuddered back and forth a bit. Then Mrs Uller noticed the string lying at my feet. The re-inforce on the upper string-nock had broken off and the chisel-edged limb-end that it covers had cut the string loop. The limb itself was also damaged, so I've pronounced it dead. The lower limb did something similar, but not as bad, just over a year ago. It was repaired, but the repair started cracking a couple of weeks ago. Two dead limbs, not made any more.
Anyway, to the point - moving on from such a bow, what do you recommend? I'm a middle-of-the-road, once-a-week archer, so I'm not going for something at the top of anyone's range. I just want something a little better, with a similar grip width and ILF. I know the real answer is go and try some bows, so to that end, as I'll be in Yorkshire soon, I'll drop in on Aardvark.
The good bit: the arrow went with the rest of the group proving Uller's point that once the arrow is gone, what happens at the bow is irrelevant.

What a bugger......

Will you have something in place in time for Scoco????

There are a couple of handles, at the lower end of the price range that look quite good....the eclipse obviously being my fav!!!

The Winstar II gets a good write up, as does the Seb flute (Mrs Uller's). There is also the Samick athlete or even a winact (going up a bit in price)

Limb wise, the KAP Winstorms (I had the Carbon's) are pretty decent, as were the Challengers. Going up a bit in price....the Seb Flutes generally get good reviews. Try phoning a couple of shops to see if they have any end of line stuff lying around, or check Border for some EOL deals...

See ya Tuesday!!!!

Hope you get it sorted before the ScoCo. If not I have a pair of 32# medium Winacts you could borrow for the weekend.

Thanks for the offer, Brian. The problem is the Trigger isn't ILF: it's something simliar to the Polaris, but not quite the same.

I'm hoping to drop into Aardvark next week, while I'm in Yorkshire, or Eastcote on the way home. I was even thing thinking about Border, but I see they're on holiday now.

I thought that Rolan limbs fit the trigger. Or the wooden bow trainer limbs as they are bolt through.

Sorted. Went to Aardvark on Monday and now have a Winstar 2 with Samick Athlete limbs - 38lbs@28". I'm looking forward to lots of banter as we look for my lost arrows at ScoCo.
Thanks for the comments, offers of help and advice. I am continually amazed and delighted by how helpful and friendly archers are.
