The Easton guide says:
8 5/8" - 8 7/8" (21.7 cm - 22.5 cm)
That will be measured to the throat of the grip (or the middle of the rear button hole, if you like).

That's a reasonable starting point. You alter it by changing the length of the string through twisting/untwisting.

Agulla brace, according to my info sheet on the agulla is 215 mm to 229 mm.
Mine used to tune best at 231 mm 40lb on fingers with 30.5 draw length

It doesn't surprise me that there are differences, to the Hoyt spec. Given that it's W&W limbs, I ought to check what the W&W recommendations are, that might be more relevant...

Okay, W&W give a range of 22.5 to 24.5 cm, which seems a little on the high side compared to the other ranges given here. This data comes from the W&W website, here.

That's one of the ways to measure it...
I usually do the rest-the-base-of-the-guage-against-the-throat-of-the-grip method. Depending on your handle, that normally works out about the same.

It doesn't sound like you're far out, but remember; The suggested ranges are just a starting point. A little experimentation is usually needed to find the best position for you.
