grip problem

so iv been trying to figure out a grip that works for me and with the help of some of you iv found one that should work.... but the problem is i cant rotate my wrist enough to get my hand in a good position when my arm is in the corect position. i broke my wrist 3 times in one year a while back and since then i havnt been able to play violin well due to the same issue with limited rotation in my wrist.

im left eye dominant... but i shoot right handed. i can get my right hand/arm in the corect and comfortable position with no problem. should i go pick up a new riser and shoot lefthanded?

As you are left eye dominant it might not be a bad idea, but you would be best to try it first if your club has a lefty you can borrow or a friend can lend you one to try. Some people just don't feel 'comfortable' shooting lefty even if they are left eye dominant.

Just read this part again - when you say right handed are you refering to your bow arm or drawing arm? This quote seems to suggest it is your right wrist that is the problem and you may already be shooting left handed??

Do you actualy grip the riser? There are various threads on gripping the bow, have you looked at those? here's one I posted back in June, http://www.archery-interchange.com/f...4467#post14467 there are others
