| Paint I painted my old riser and all the paint chipped off. What paint is suitable, will car paint work? Does anyone have any experience?  | |||||||||||||

| RE: Paint Nope sorry, was just a suggestion, as my riser seems to be powder coated ratehr than painted maybe car paint would be good though.

My good lady wanted her Hoyt GM recolouring some years back, I went to a local car-spray to see what could be done. I was told that it could, but possibly would not last. It would be better to have the riser powder coated. This we did in Grey/Black, The effect was great. This was around 3 years ago, I saw the bow the other week, it still looks as though it had been done yesterday. It took around 3 days & cost little.</p>
