Hope you have a nice time shopping PorlyP.... wish I could have a day out to Quicks
My first bow was a second hand Yamaha EX, with case, quiver, arrows .... all the bits (£350) about 14 years ago. Afterwards I was a broke but happy student. Still have the bow and got new limbs recently. The original sight and longrod is now on my Hoyt.
First bows are always special. I know of a top class lady compound archer who still has her first receuve bow under the bed. I hope whatever you come out of the shop with makes you happy for years to come.
