Personally, I wouldn't go with the Dacron strings. And you may find you need a button as well

Agreed.

I'd get Fastflight instead.

I also wouldn't bother with the limbs savers, IMO they're a waste of money unless its a compound.

Hiya,

I third Dave's opinion, and add the fact that it's spine, not spline, not wanting to sound pedantic.

What he said +

Hoyt super rest will do for a starter (and does for some top level peeps too)
but if your sold on a magnetic rest then a button is a must
3 Strings is excessive and fast flight would be better (2 off)
Are you certain you require a 70" bow ? (ie 'long' limbs ?)
this is ok if you have a draw length in excess of 28" but if your 28" or less go for medium limbs this will give a better cast and more speed
limb savers, shoot the bow for a bit before putting them on then make the decision if you want them on there
Tab, get a Platform Tab like A&F it will help with finding a consistent reference point

Fastflyte, button, tab and clicker. Forget the limb savers.

Apologies, I was lying in bed trying to type on the ground, and completely forgot the button . It was in the cart yesterday that I priced though.

Gotcha, cheers for the advice . I draw 30" and I'm 6' 2", most advise a 70 to be safe.
And by limb savers - the pockets you put the limbs into, not the rubber grommet thing. Non compus mentus at that time of morning .
the tab I had in the cart was a platform type

Is your draw length to the front of the bow?

What is this recent fad for 70" Bows, up 30 - 31" most people can still benefit from 68" bow as it offers better cast and speed. OK there may be the possible issue of pinching but that also depends on hand size. For every inch under 31" you can loose up to 2lb holding weight at full drawer with a 70" bow. For top archers that's not a problem but a lower weights it makes the longer distances harder to reach all for the sake of a very slightly smoother draw.
Balistic fps may not show up much diffrence but the difference in arrow speed at 100yrd is bigger.

Why 26" long rod IMHO would have thought 28" would provide be better balance on a 70" bow

Which negrini if it's the small one (Economy) just remember it holds 9 arrows and once you have your bow and limbs in, there is little space for much else especially if you use the foam.

Finger or bow sling

And finally don't forget a quiver

Lol, I had all that stuff in last night, ticked off my list. I guess this morning was a little bit cloudy . Stabilisation is again confused now - do I get the 68" or 70", and then the 26 or 28" rods.
Will get the larger negrini. List was rough. And a wrist sling
