| Both open it improves brightness and adds depth. I heard from the rumour factory that if you close one eye you loose over 50% of brightness so its extra dark. Also, I have never seen Korean who closes one eye. Actually, I have never seen a good archer who closes one eye, some almost close but none actually closed. Is it just me? |

| The Indian chap who choked on his last arrow when he came close to beating Park Kyung Mo in Athens closes his left eye, quite late in the shot routine as I recall. I can't remember his name, and nor can I think of any other top archers that close their off eye. |
