Smile what spine ?

hi i am going to get some acc,s i think ,what spine do you recomend.i shoot 38lb limbs and draw 28 inches ,are the charts about right fairly new so all help appreciated

A lot of people dis. the Easton spine chart on the interchange, however if you go for the Stiffest options available, I don't think you'll be to far away IE the 3-04 on the weak side, 3L-18 would be my recommendation, you can always use the break off points to adjust slightly if you can't get a match with bow weight adjustments.

ACC 3-04's should do the trick assuming a 28 to 28.5" arrow. I think the easton charts are a very good place to start.

Narrowboat, you need to supply more info before anyone can recommend which arrows you need. eg. bow model, fingers or release aid, rope or d-loop IMO draw length etc.
