| This really depends on the limbs. Difference limbs have varying amounts of "stack". 68" limbs are good upto 31" but then again, a poor pair of limbs may stack (poundage increases expedentially) over 28". Cheers, Kae. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Expendentially?!?! I wonder what that could mean. Perhaps it could be the verb 'to do something in the style of something which used to be a pendent.....' ![]()

| Exponentially, ie, the rate of change increases more and more with each unit of change.

| Stick with 70s. The speed difference will be minimal, and the odds are the limbs won't be as smooth to draw. |

They didnt appear to stack, and the shot felt good. Would I be foolish to try other 68" set-ups ?

Gib - Not foolish at all, the Borders are an exception to the rule in many cases. Try everything! I have Sid's e-mail address at Border Bows if your interested, he will quite happily discuss all these things with you. Cheers, Kae. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| I had the same decision - 68" for better speed and cast or 70" for better stability. I chose 68" for my Helix Seb Flute SHC combination and its working well so far. |
