Can someone tell me which is the best / best value sting on the market ?

phwoar.... an old shoe lace tied thrice.

Pretty much anything you can buy today is suitable for your bow. Strings cost around £5 to £12 depending what they are made from.
Experiment!

Personally I am still using Fast Flight with that really expensive center serving that I can't remeber the name of....... (other stuff tends to slip at high poundage i've found).
