Ah sibbling squabbles - sounds familiar. Thank god (or maybe the pointy horned guy) he stuck to tennis.

Sounds like W&W are going to stump up to me...

Maybe they'll give you the new ones

Sorry - I was teasing really. My understanding is that the new W&W stuff will be out around about March 2007 but nothing confirmed. Mind you there 2006 flipper rest is now going to be a 2007 flipper rest Don't hold your breath.

I doubt they'll make you wait until March

G3's delaminated

My G3s popped this afternoon, I was trying to get some practice in for Lorburn on Sunday when the last arrow of the end went high/right I shot again and same thing happened. So I picked another 3 from my box and was up at full draw when my arrow shot off hitting the riser and angled off at 45deg and something hit my cheek.
I was still in shock when I went to retrieve the arrow thinking that 1/2 the nock had gone but not so lucky, it was my top limb and I had a nice view of the foam.
Called Bowsports and they said they'd post replacments as soon as they got my knackered ones back .

G3 shooters.. if your arrows start to climb the target face it may be that your top limb is ready to go, please check your limbs as you might not be as lucky as me as the shrapnel didn't go in my eye but hit my cheek

How old are your limbs and often have you shot them?

Could it be we have reached the technological limit on limbs or is it that since the Koreans forced down the price of bows quality control has also dropped.

I have personally seen 3 sets of G3/winnex limbs fail in the last 2 years but saw none apart from one damaged by a scope stand fail in the previous 10 years.

Would it be ok for you to let me know what length the limbs were and what your draw length is?
