Anyone got Archer's Advantage?

I need a bit of help. My (very tall, very thin) son has just decided to have a go at recurve, having been shooting compound for a couple of years.

Just got him a SF riser & limbs. He's drawing 30 inches (nock to back of bow) and holding 34lbs.

What would be the best spine arrow (considering ACC or Triples as a starting point) and point weight?

Thanks,

Adam

According to the Easton shaft selector the ACC's you'd want would be 3L-18 (0.620 spine) with a 100 grain point.

I dont have the Triples chart to hand.
