my what a strange and confusing answer from meddler!
Lets get back to the original query and although it pains me the best answer has come from Tom but a little blunt as is his way
If you struggle on 3 spot indoor face look towards your posuture which must be very bad to cause what you are talking about. It must be very bad when you consider the difference in angle between the 3 targets and shooting on a field course which has some serious changes in angle from the average shooting hall shoulders, over hips over heels should cure the problem
And as to unit aiming lets not even go there!!!!

treat each face as an individual, the fact that they happen to be in a line should mean nothing.

each arrow is your first type of thing approach i find.

This is very true you only shoot one arrow at a time so why worry about the other targets

Bottom to top stops you getting shadows across the lower targets while you are aiming

For me at 5'11"/1.80m, I find the centre spot for a Portsmouth is just below where I aim comfortably. I think for me on a FITA 25 the centre of the target is just about the right height.

2) When you have reached full draw, how do you move onto the spot you want to hit? Moving hands/arms or unit aiming?

With unit aiming, you come up to full draw, and then move the whole of your upper body as a unit, bending from a point approx 2" above your navel.

NOTE: you don't just move your bow hand to get on aim. All that that achieves is to throw the shoulder girdle out, and ruining your shot setup.

If you practise enough, you will find that the unit aiming becomes unconscious.
we are not too disimilar in height as I am 1.82m tall.

I move my arm to change between targets - cannot wait to try the moving from the hips tomorow.

The suggeston that I may just have been tired/undr the weather is also valid as I volunteered to do an experimental blood transfusion last week where some blood components were separated and others returned tot the body and have been under par since. Now I know why you can only do it every 6 months!

lots of thought provoking suggestions - mny thanks
