| I shoot high 40's and dont have any problems. Admitedly I have tree trunks for arms, but still.... lol. Draw weight is all about what YOU can handle. Not what you think you should/could shoot. I find that a heavier draw weight makes me shoot properly. It makes me transfer the weight to my back and improves my form substantially. This is all personal though and is about you. It sounds like you've got a good coach, so discuss this with them first. The worst thing you can do is pay out for a set of limbs that are too heavy! Kae. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| ordinary ones as far as i`ve been able to find out FMJ starts at 500 spine which may be to stiff might be tempted if they come in the correct spine/diameter/wgt ![]()

| A good arrow, though only giving very slight weight reduction over your current ACC's

| I use the old 610 Navigators with 100gn points. 27 1/4" from nock to the end of the shaft. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| As far as I know Axis Full Metal Jacket arrows start at 500 spine.(being a hunting shaft) The Navigator Full Metal Jacket Arrows will be available in the full range of spines and similar diameters to the present range of ordinary Navigators.( Easton have not updated their site yet). |

| Just remember which bit scores the points. For recurve, you might as well shoot ACE's and a slightly lighter bow weight. The shaft weight does not look much on paper, but when you are talking about 1" difference in sight marks @90m, then it becomes a huge difference.
