A friend of mine decided about 2 months ago to get fit for archery aside from joining a gym on monday he emailed
GNAS for advice on the sorts of weight training and excercises he should do.
Not only did he get a prompt reply but it was from ‘Peter’ (Dong Eun Suk) asking for more specific information - shooting level, age, what he wanted to achieve and then replied with a suggested plan. Which interestingly enough the main emphasis revolves around using the excercise band and the suggested excercises included rather than gym equipment and weights.
