Bow shoulder

have been having a bit of a problem getting my bow shoulder right,
as in getting it to stay still and low.
any advice.. please...

Try putting preasure down on your shoulder as you start to draw, like you're actually leaning down towards the target. I found this helped me. When you get the full draw hopefully your shoulder will be in the correct position.

I found the following helpful,
if you have a mirror on your wardrobe door, just stand in front of it, and lift both arms up till they are both at 90 degrees without raising your shoulders.Imagine you are holding your bow and go through the motions of drawing your bow. I know it sounds silly, but after doing this for a while then move onto doing this with your bow and go through your pre set and set and then let the bow down.Hope this helps in some small way

I have the same problem so I come up to full draw and then drop the shoulder (its like pushing it down with your muscles) after a while your shoulder sets itself
