| Is it because you "reverse" the draw, instead of releasing the arrow? If you're careful that is... Just a guess.

| Reversals are just that. When you are drawing your bow without an arrow you are building muscle memory, toning and conditioning your drawing arm and bow arm muscles. If you then stop, after a while the muscles revert, or reverse, to their original state. Thats why my 6 pack has disappeared. ![]()

| Nah...in a crowded room with much banter in the background, a hard of hearing archer heard an all important coach say * Of course you must rehearse the shot both mentaly and physicaly before carrying out the shot* The hard of hearing archer then put into practice what he though he heard as reversals instead of rehearsals. And it came to pass that the archer who had been touched by the wise one, passed onto the unsuspecting flock the term of *reversals* and not as it should have been *rehearsals* And so it was, cast in stone. |
