How many strands in a string?
I'm going to buy a couple of F.1825 strings, for indoor use, with X7, in a 68" and 40# bow. How many strands do the stings have? 14, 16, 18?

14 is too few.
16 or 18 will be fine, try both and see which gives best nock fit.
Small groove/Beiter No 1 - 16, large groove/Beiter No 2 - 18, from what I've tried.

18 str is best for indoor. You donīt need fast bow when shooting indoor.
