Question Sight- Which one to choose?

I am currently using a Petron D1 Chrome sight, which is a good sight and looks fantastic on my SF bow, but I would like to get a sight that has a removable block. The D1 just wont fit into a sight bag without removing the pin. Iv just bought the SF backpack (fantastic bit of kit) and to utilize all of its functions I need to change my sight.

I have only been shooting for three months but have achieved a good standard already, and would like to get a middle of the range sight around £50-£60. Has anyone got any advice to which sights I should be considering?

Cracking logic!! Sort of thing my wife would do I have the SF backpack, fantastic bag! How about getting an SF sight to go on your SF riser and in your SF bag? An extra few quid i know but well worth it imo.

I know what you mean, most people would tell me to keep the sight iv got, but it just bugs me that I have to keep removing the sight pin every time. It also can’t be good for the setup, I assume.

Question

how far out is your sight pin ?

i have a petron D1 and the SF backpack (which REALLY is a nice bit of kit) and my sight goes in the sight case and fits OK into the sight case pouch on the bag

(admittedly the sight case zip doesnt close ALL the way round but once its in the bag compartment that doesnt bother me overly)

For £80 you can have an Arc Systeme (and the new ones have a removable sight pin )

I like my K&K sight (absolute bargain at £60), but unfortunately I can't find any more suppliers! I'd stay away from the Cartel Activa - it's not a good sight.

Personally, I'd suggest you find another 20 quid somewhere and invest in a shibuya dual click or Arc Systeme SX10.

Hi Fezza, I've just got back from a trip to a shop in Guisborough, and Peter showed me the brand new SF sight which at around the £65 mark is outstanding value, and it would complete the set for youIt's worth taking a look at anyway. I am using the SF carbon sight and am very pleased with it, it performs like far more expensive sights from other manafacturers.Best regards J

J,

I would love to have the SF sight but I was under the impression it was £120 not £65!
