Survey of handicap differences indoor to outdoor.

I'm interested in the relationship between indoor and outdoor handicaps. Linecutter suggests a difference of 4 points lower for indoor at the same level of skill. Does anybody out there have any hard facts on this? e.g., When you go outdoors after the winter season, having established your indoor handicap, what is the average handicap for your first three rounds for outdoors? I have noticed that the longer rounds, Yorks and Fita's give you a worse handicap rating than do Westerns or Nationals, so a comparison with the shorter rounds would be a fairer comparison. I'd be glad to collate any figures submitted and post the results later. The larger the sample of individual archers performance the better- (averages for a club would not work) the better. You could email any lists of figures to me- preferably in EXCEL.
Thanks.
