Distances and number of arrows

Hi all,
Not sure if this question is strictly in the correct section as it could well be covered by a few.
I downloaded a document last week from a link on archery interchange for outdoor imperial and metric rounds, but it does not include the details of St George, Albion and Windsor rounds.
Could someone let me know the distances and number of arrows from each distance for these rounds.
Thanks

Jeff
