| Archery: Refining Your Form (DVD or video) "Archery: Refining Your Form" is a DVD/video from Quintessential Productions. It was made by Olympic archer Ruth Rowe in 1994, and updated slightly in 2004. It's stood up very well, and remains a very good guide to "Korean"/biomechanically-correct form. It's pretty short, though. There's probably less than 25 minutes of content. The DVD costs £19.95 from Quick's, the video £31.50. There's a preceding DVD/video called "Archery: The Basics" -- but typically of me, I skipped straight to the advanced one without bothering to get the basics right. Ho hum, I'll learn one day... Contents: Introduction & Review - Mimetics - The Preset - The Bow Side - The Drawing Side - The Anchor and the Aim - Determining Your Stance - Getting In Line - Using the Clicker - Clicker Lessons 1, 2 & 3 Additional Information & Credits
