Inverawe Field Course-Argyll

After 5 months of considerable time and effort we managed to get our new field course inspected and approved by GNAS this past weekend. All we need now is £8000.00 to kit it out with target bosses etc.

Ohhh dear Brian thats gonna be a difficult one to achieve especially now that the National Lottery are clawing back their money. But in saying that you do have one advantage in that your community is rural, sooo you may still have a better chance of getting a lotto grant where as if you were in a city you would prob have no chance. Theres no harm in trying and also bare in mind Brian that the "Awards for All" grants were raised to £10,000 I think last year. Best not to be greedy and just go for the £8,000. If you need any help Brian give me a shout as Ive done three grants for my old club over the past 5 years totalling over ten grand.

Yes and no, we already have two GNAS target clubs in the area so they won't have to pay the affiliation twice to join the club
