London Archers Invitational shoot

London Archers are holding an invite shoot in Kensington Palace Gardens this Saturday (Albion round, I think).

Should be a nice setting for archery, especially if the sun shines. (for more reasons than one, so I understand!)

Greenwood Osterley are sending 2 teams, anyone else in the London area shooting there?

Richmond is sending a team. Any idea what time assembly is??

Assembly is at 11:00am, sighters at 11:30.

I've got received an email from the organisers though, and due to the increased security threat, and the French embassy holding their Bastille Day celebrations on the same day, they are suggesting that people car share as parking spaces will be limited. Apparently they will be doubling up on parking spaces, so you might get blocked in anyway, but they advise getting there early.

Unfortunately Imperial won't be there this year, as originally it was set for next weekend, and we have all booked into a different competition this weekend

Wish I'd known about this earlier.
Most of London Archers club came up to Lincoln for the EMAS double FITA star, so it would only seem fair that we should take most of EMAS to London Archers shoot. Bit late now. Perhaps next time
