I hope she knows how to claim her 6 gold ends? She'sa bit rubbish at knowing how good she is! She probably thinks it's normal to win by 120 points!!

I'll pm you her email, she wanted to get in touch with you to, to say thank you.

Jock... quiet?? With you there? I think not!!

Wink

Jock was fairly quiet and positively muted after shooting an arrow into an adjacent target!

He was on the very end, cool as a cucumber. I had to tease him about all the longbowmen being jealous. He is an incredible archer and a lovely man.

Looking at the results list, and numbers 30 & 31 in particular, how does someone score over 700 with only 70 hits? That's an average of 10 per arrow?

these were being checked before you even mentioned them. i'm wondering if i want to take over the running of this event. not an easy task sorting out scores for 190 archers...

Wendie's report can now be read at Mayflower

Thanks, Wendie. I'm forwarding that to my chairman. He'll be so pleased

With GOA there is more than enough love to go round. What we may lack in talent (Jose was 4th and Sailesh 5th though) we make up for in numbers.
