Green Park Weekend
Anyone here going then?

I'm gonna go as long as I get my stag awards and therefore get to practice more, as well as shoot on sundays.

I'm gonna have to check and see if I need my own bow, or if there will be ones available to rent.

Looks fun, especially the clout stuff, that looks just plain fun!

I'll have to check, but I believe it's mid-late september, a whole weekend of shoots including field, golf, and other cool stuff I've already forgotten!

Fingers crossed someone actually has the info to hand to post, otherwise I'll update once I've got it from my mates tomorrow.

Green Park is a residential archery weekend which takes place annually at
Green Park, Aston Clinton, Aylesbury, Bucks (not far from Chiltern Archery).

The events include:
  • 3D field course through the woods
  • nine-hole golf
  • novelty targets - garland, wand and rapid, revolving targets
  • clout - 3 dozen arrows at 180yd, 140yd or 100yd
  • medieval banquet with as much mad entertainment as the participants can provide.
