Southern Counties shoots needed!!!

I've just been elected Royal Richmond's tournament secretary, so any of you Greater London, Surrey or Home Counties clubs with shoots please let me know!! I'm hoping to expand our repetoire of shoots this year and it would be nice to shoot with clubs we haven't in the past.

Is there an area where everyone could post dates of competitions that everyone else could see? We are looking for FITAs, FITA Stars, Cadet FITAs etc for next year....

Go to there tourament diary section and they will have a list of many comps over the country and if it is not on there tell them and they will add it to the list.

ummm yes! Mind you if it has every tournament, and everyones birthday, its going to get very crowded.

Just a thought--- if there was a calendar associated with each of the regional forums, purely for tournaments, AIUK could become the definitive place for archers to look up tournaments (in a similar way that Mayflower site is used, but with club tournaments as well).

Colour coding could then differentiate Open tournaments, Record Status etc etc.
Would this either create too much work, or take up too much space?

Clicki, I went through the exact same exercise between Xmas and New Year, to find local(ish) shoots for me and Matt. A lot of dates are still as yet TBA, but I'll doing:

As for the AIUK calendar, I find I add a lot of shoots local to me after I've done some looking around. I was hoping to find some of those that don't get added to Mayflower or AUK listings of the AIUK calendar.
