Cheers Tel, Im awaiting the scores now to see how I did in my first York. Im not hoping for too much and must get Greg on the phone to buy some of those strings he was chatting about! My serving is starting to get very loose at one end! How'd you do was it alright in the end?

If you're going for black give majesty a try - its good stuff (they don't do blue!) but if its just the serving why not re-serve it?
As for my shooting I suppose it wasn't too bad - no records broken but considering I didn't think I'd be able to shoot at all and the trouble everyone else was having I shouldn't be too disappointed.

PS Where was the Jockjuice?

Ah the Jock Juice was in the the funny 1.5 litre bottle in the cool box container I kept going back to. The mix was almost there this time but Ill have to get some more Guinea pigs as my poor old body has been abused enough over the years Im not sure if it has a post detrimental effect or not. I may have to go to 3 bottles as there is still too much of a boost/kick in a 2 or 1.5 litre bottle for a slightly more sedentry sport like archery.
