Arrow instability due to wet and therefore flat feathers is the main problem with shooting in the rain but if your arrows are tuned properly you can minimise that to a fairly high degree. A wet arrow, assuming it has been weatherproofed with oil or polyurethane, really isn't going to be heavy enough to seriously affect trajectory. On really wet days my shafts actually feel slicker off the shelf.
Just keep shooting the same way you do on a nice dry day as consistency of form is the key to accurate shooting.
