Traditional Hungarian classifications?

Hi
This is my first post, I've been using a Hungarian Recurve for a few months now and just got third class on the normal archery tables for a recurve (despite being barebow) I can't help but notice Longbow archers have to score much less - i had to beat 222 a longbow archer has to beat 136. Is there no tables for imperial/metric rounds for traditional/classic bows? Or has anyone ever attempted to make some up? I'd like something to aim for now i can throw six on the target.

There are no separate classifications for your style. As I've observed the process, the classification scores are derived by analysing the handicaps of a large sample of archers and then setting the scores so that the top 1% are GMB, then 4% for MB, 10% for Bowman etc. Unfortunately, I don't think there would be enough data to do this for every slight variation in style, so you get put in the group of bows where you meet the criteria set in the rules, i.e. recurves.

Ah ok thanks - I've heard a rumour that there could be a classification for barebow worked out soon - would this be true?
