Hi, Just joined so sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place.
I'm part of a live-role playing group who regularly use bows at our events. We recently aquired an Iron Age village & Woodland site in the Forest of Dean which we hire out for events. But are now very interesting in setting up an archery club and finding out more about making our own traditional bows.
I'd be interested to hear form anyone who might be able to offer advice or helping us set up a club. Also as part of trying to find out more about traditional bowmaking we have contacted a company that runs a bowmaking course and intend to host a couple of courses at our Iron Age village.
