Acc 3l-18

Hi I had some ACCs made for me by a retailer. What weight point are they likely to have. I didn't specify anything at the time.

THey are 27" I think....

The range for that shaft is anything from 60 to 100 gns (with 100 being listed as 'medium' !) if you mean one piece points. I guess it could well depend on who makes them up - probably a phone call is the easiest route.

I bought some of those several years ago as my first set of carbons, without specifying a point weight. The ones fitted turned out to be 72 grains, which seems a reasonable compromise weight.

The number of grooves around the base of the pile gives an indication of weight. I think (but wouldn't swear) it's one groove for 60g, two grooves for 72g and three grooves for 100g.
