Using carbon arrows with AFB

I have recently been using Carbon Express Heritage 150 shafts for general day-to-day shooting with my longbows. Here are some of my thoughts for those who may be interested.
My field course is an arrow killer and takes a heavy toll on my POC shafts. Targets are often placed off-centre to save the butts but a 6" miss from 40+ yards is a broken shaft with rocks/trees behind, in front and to the side of many butts. I spend a lot of time and have invested a fair bit to make myself matched sets of tapered comp arrows - spine tester, tapering jig, fletching jigs etc - and smashing them off a rock or the butt frame is a most upsetting but common occurrence. So I bought a set of CE Heritage (look exactly the same as 5/16 woodies so I still feel "trad") and have been using them with very good results.
1. They are very, very strong - nothing is indestructible but these are super tough shafts.
2. Fletched and cut to 29" with 100gr points they weigh 465 grains - my 11/32 29" tapered woods weigh 440-470 with 125gr points so my gaps are exactly the same for carbons or woods at all distances.
3. The carbons are spined much higher - my spine tester does not have exact numbers (I bought a matched set of comp arrows at 42-45# which is my reference point) however my bows are all cut pretty close to centre so they are grouping in the same place as my woods as long as my form is good. I have experimented with different point weights but see no discernible difference. They also shoot the same for my 45,50 and 55# bows - one set of arrows for all of my bows.
This has been great - I can keep my nice woodies for serious use and practice with the carbons. If my release is sloppy the carbons show it and I am confident its my fault and not a dodgy arrow. When I do switch back to woods the cedar shafts are so quiet and very forgiving reminding me what a joy wooden arrows can be. I bought the carbons from a reliable ebay dealer in the USA (worked out about £50 for 12 including shipping). Barring loss this set should do me for many years saving me money and time on cedar. I have buried one into the undergrowth but the club metal detector found the point & insert easily.
For anyone else who breaks a lot of arrows it might be worth checking these arrows out.

Question

Can these be shot at a GNAS or FITA comp. I thought it was wooden bow, wooden arrows in a comp?

They cannot be used in comps - wood only. The carbons are great for practising though as they weigh virtually the same as my cedars but are more consistently accurate and are infinitely stronger. I use these to save breaking my comp arrows during practise.
