 Bamboo shafts..want some Aquired some nice tanged arrows, so thought some bamboo would make some good arrows. Anybody know if you can get ready spined examples?I was going to go to the Local Garden centre, but when I suggested it to the family wife was immediately suspicious,normally I have to be dragged there,and told me I wasn't going to sit there and check a pile of canes for straightness and spine as she didn't want people thinking I was mad,at least not while she was there.So I am banned from the Garden Centre, but still want some shafts,any ideas?      |

| bamboo Try 3rivers archery in the USA - http://www.3riversarchery.com/Produc...141&p=0&i=6350 Never had any problems ordering from these guys - Never tried bamboo shafts - nature's carbon they call them but I'll stick with my CX Heritage 150s. Alternatively go to the garden centre on your own!

| Bamboo?? Got some nice bamboo growing in my back garden..... Can't vouch for how well it would do as an arrow though it could be interesting to find out. Would save loads on those POC shafts I buy.
