Dear Mr Angry
Methinks you need to calm down a bit,all this anger will do you no good whatsever.
Find a place of quiet, close your eyes, relax, then clench and unclench your buttocks.
Repeat this procedure about twenty times and see how relaxed you feel.
Do this twice a day and it will set you on the path to inner peace and enlightenment.

This is a new twist on relaxation...must try it out at the hospital - it'll get them laughing if nothing else

I thought we had...then it started up again!. The guy backed off many, many posts ago but it seems that some new archers to the sport feel the need to 'educate' the rest of us and it just takes a bit of time for them to realise that we're all in this together and should respect each others choice of bow and help encourage archery whenever we can.
I used to have a problem with wormkillers slagging off my recurve but I try to take it all the way it's meant....as fun
