I missed you Steve... see you soon hopefuly x
Missed you too! But i get to go the the American on the 29th. Don't often get let out of Wales!

How did you do yesterday - at least the weather was OK!

It was a real shame today, the wind was really rough. I went to the club to get a bit of practice in. Wind caught one arrow, caught the boss a glancing blow and shot off into the blue. It took me two hours, including one all by myself, to find the damn thing. I reckon I walked an area of 150 square yards about a dozen times; rake, metal detector etc. Eventual solution - walk the area again in bare feet (avoiding the "dropping" wasps!). Oiiii! Stop laughing!! NOW!

Archery -I hate, I love, it hurts!!

I didn't shoot all that great yesterday but managed to rise through the ranks to 5th place with a measly 1257..... 15 off MB

Today was better in the fact that 3 of the people ahead of me yesterday didn't shoot today..... so I came 2nd with 1068

Mike Lewis with 842 or something close.... the previous champion of 9 years managed the huge challenging score of 741

Becky won the ladies but I can't remember what her score was.

It was a tad windy, didn't they say that there were only four archers at the end of the day that had 144 hits??

No you don't!!! The wind was unreal!

I wonder how many people stopped shooting in total on the Sunday... they were dropping like flies. It'll be interesting to see the results.
