If you look at the scores from Newport last week I think we all had a mare.
Still, at least the Welsh isn't a 3 spot.

Think the main thing is not to get to hung up about it. There isn't a great deal of diffrence in the angle shooting the top and bottom targets. Is it one target in particular that you struggle with? You could try shooting the targets in a different order. Or when you practice just shoot at one target until you are comfortable with that one. Then move on to the next. Once your happy with all three go back to shooting one arrow at each.

that sounds about right to me just have to keep reminding myself the best thing is practise practise practise , in fact i think ill go up the club right know

I came back to Swansea after a few years away. The call of the Lavabread and cockles was too much. They are as good as they ever were

There is a bit of WFAA around south Wales if you are willing to try the rough stuff and get your boots dirty.

If you are ex RAF there is St Athan GNAS club as well if you want to stay warm and dry.
