Thanks Yawazz, and thanks for being a part of a well organised gang organising an excellent shoot, I dont think the work party got enough praise. It was a fantastic experience shooting my first FITA (and double) and funnily enough I set 6 club and personal bests while doing it, as records officer Ill ratify these when the results come out of course. Tired but happy a god run home and the first words from Boy 1 when I walked through the door was "Can we go shooting tomorrow"! You bet I need the practice hehe

The only person I saw was LMP, its difficult when all you know are peoples usernames. I had my AIUK quiver badges on but didn't see any others. Maybe we need some funky hats so all us AIUK'ers stand out from the crowd.

Hats off to Yawazz and all the rest of the work party, they did an excellent job and I know their day started really early, as I was on the practice range at 6:15 with Friar Tuck (he failed to get metric sight marks before the event)

Hindsight is a wonderful thing . We should have made an announcement for all AIUK's to meet for a drink in the bar. Well maybe next time..........
Any one attending the Sherwood weekend June 9 & 10th ? there is a barbeque after the double 70m on Saturday.

It was an enjoyable weekend, saw some faces I haven't seen for maybe 10 years or so which was good. Shame about the muppet who's car alarm went off at 4am saturday morning in the campsite though.

I had a couple of mid 1100s, not too happy, but there were sparks of brilliance mixed in with a bit of gardening (I missed at 50m! phooey), so I've got some things to work on. I feel that I learnt a few things, probably things I've learnt before and then forgotten, so I'm going to look at it all positively. The stuff in Kisik Lee's book Total Archery about back tension must be good, because I don't ache at all, and I'd class myself as seriously unfit!

hope to see you soon, Mickle

Thankyou to the organisers you did a brilliant job. Whoever organised the weather can have the job every year IMO.

I also saw arcus maximus? said a quick hello to Little Miss Purple, big bloke with a stylist and GBARCH1975. It was good to see you all there.
