Clubs in Coventry?

New job is taking me to live in Coventry, I know there's a club just off of Toll Bar Roundabout, anyone here a memeber? Or anywhere else nearby?

What did you do to deserve that I work there & went to uni there but you could not pay me any amount of money to Live there (Sorry Country Boy at heart).

If you end up living north or East of Coventry don't forget to look at east midlands (Leicester and Rutland) clubs as well as you will be on the border.

Thanks guys, got here tried Coventry, nice club but small and restricted as to when they can shoot. Went up to Meriden, made very welcome, was impressed by the facilities, paid up and enjoying shooting very much.

That and raiding the bushes for Sloes :->.

And yes, there are nicer places to live than Cov. But equally there's a lot lot worse (Hull, Derby, Liverpool and Luton to name 4 of the toilets i've visited in the last 4 days)...

I have not been there but from the web site I must admit Meriden does look very nice wrong way for me.

Where and when do you shoot indoors?

By the way there are some lovely places to live within reasonable commuting distance from Coventry, Just cos you work in a Toilet does not mean you have to live there.

Did you stick with gin, or did you go for brandy as I suggested? The ones I picked that day are doing very nicely in their new brandy home. Just have to wait until Crimbo to haul them out and make a first assessment of how good it will be in a couple of years time.

May bump in to you on the indoor circuit some time, or at the various Meriden tournaments next outdoor season.

2 bottles of Gin (Well, one bottle and an evian bottle because I couldn't find anything else), 2 Bottles of Vodka (One of our FOs said it worked), A bottle of White Rum (I was pretty sure same FO mentioned it but can't remember), and one bottle of Brandy - I'd have done the whole bottle but ran out of sloes and haven't had chance to pick some more. All sat stewing away in a chest of drawers in my room :->.
