Staffordshire Indoor Championships

OK, the latest is:

I have now officially volunteered to organise the event. Tomorrow I will know if Wenlock Hall is still available to us for the date we want. If it is I will produce an entry form by the end of next week which will be available for download from the Staffs Archery webpage on my clubs website or by post with SAE. There will only be one session, most likely start time will be 11am as last year. Possibly 10am if I can get enough people to help set up. With only one session places will be limited to 64 or 68, not sure if we can get 16 or 17 bosses in yet, so be quick with your entries.


Yawazz, the drink would be accepted and appreciated, but you have the upper hand on me as I don't know who you are at the moment, I hope you don't use this as a way of avoiding purchase of said drink.

Saphire, are you the outdoor champion as last years ladies indoor champ is a member of my own club?

Chase Archer. I have the Croxton Open Indoor Ladie's Champion Compound Plate. It is the New one that was presented for the first time last year and Stefen Bond won the gents Compound Plate. Both of us are in Alsager Co of Archers. I will definitely be doing the shoot again this year if its on.

Saphire, Sorry I was thinking of county shooters I forgot the open entries, apologies.

The good news is the shoot is definitely on, the hall is confirmed, judges are booked, the entry form has been sent for proof reading to remove any errors, so all we need is plenty of people to enter.

I will post the web address for the entry form once it comes back and I will still post out entry forms for those that don't have internet access.

Here it is, the entry form everyones been waiting for!!!!!!!

Get them in quick, places are limited to 64 (16 bosses) as there is only one session. Last year we had to turn people away, even a couple of the previous years winners couldn't get in, so don't leave it too late to grab your place.

hi ya karl , (Paul from Walsall coa) nice that your doing the shoot and the drink is still on. If you need help in the morning setting up bosses etc pls let me know...... just send me a PM.....

I just wondered, I wont be able to shoot, due to a recent operation, but have never been to a tournament, just wondered if it was ok to come along and watch??

Also means I might even get to meet face to face with some of the guys on here (maybe?)
